Splitting a bay
Splitting a bay, keeping your own limit
A bay is shared by whoever is coming, but a limit belongs to one person only. The tool below splits the bay among your golfers and keeps each person's floor amount apart from the golf money.

One bay, several golfers
Each bay takes up to 6 golfers, and the casino has two of them, Bay 1 and Bay 2. Clubs are provided in-house, so nobody has to carry a bag in. For a group or a corporate event, the line is 902-563-7794.
This guide prints no prices. The bay rate is quoted when you book at 902-563-7703, up to one month ahead. Once you have that figure, divide it among whoever is coming before the night, not at the last hole. A booking is released if nobody has arrived 15 minutes after the start time, so settle the split early and show up on time.
Split the bay, keep your limit
The rate is the one quoted when you book; this guide prints no prices.
Up to 6 golfers play in one bay, and there are 2 bays. Divide the rate quoted when you book by the number of golfers before the night. Floor money is separate: decide it, and a time to stop, at home.
Your own number
The round is the plan, and it is paid for once the bay is split. Time on the floor afterwards is optional, and a golf night needs no gambling at all. Some of your group will head home after the last hole, and that is a full evening.
Anyone who does want to play sets two things at home: an amount and a time to stop. That amount is never borrowed from the golf money. When it is gone, the evening on the floor is over, with no playing to win back what was lost. If stopping gets hard, the Provincial Mental Health and Addictions Crisis Line answers at 1-888-429-8167, any hour, every day.

Before you tee off
- Will a group of eight fit in a single bay?
- Not in one bay. Each bay takes up to 6 golfers, so a group of eight would book both, Bay 1 and Bay 2, by calling 902-563-7703.
- Can someone talk to a person about gambling inside the building?
- The Responsible Gambling Resource Centre is inside the main entrance, phone 902-563-3797. Its staff give confidential support and information on self-exclusion.
- Does a self-exclusion include the restaurants?
- Yes, it reaches past the gaming floor. The Voluntary Self-Exclusion Program covers the gaming floor, restaurants and entertainment venues at both casinos, Halifax and Sydney. Self-excluded people cannot win prizes.
